Welcome to the blueskytraining.ie website (“the Site”) where you may order our book and pay for attendance at training courses run by Blue Sky – The Project Management Experts. (Blue Sky)
These terms and conditions govern your use of the above mentioned website and bookings made with Blue Sky.
By booking a training course and ordering books you are agreeing to accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined below

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to such Terms and Conditions.
In order to book a training course you must be at least 18 years old and you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Availability of Training Courses
Any booking for a training module placed through this Site is subject to there being availability on the training module. We reserve the right to decline any individual or company, or to refuse any booking onto one of our training courses.
Payments can be made online through Paypal and major credit cards.
Individual Bookings Full payment is due before the start of a course. Only full payment secures a place on the course.
Blue Sky must receive payment for the complete order of books and shipping, before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Payment is taken when the order is processed by you.
Blue Sky will email confirmation that your order has been received to your listed email when purchasing. We will confirm your name, delivery address, order number and the total price.
Blue Sky acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. A purchaser may not change any part of the contract at this point.
Blue Sky will use a postal service on your behalf to deliver the books to the address listed on purchase. Once your order has been accepted, Blue Sky will endeavour to get the books to you as soon as possible. Once we have dispatched your book (s), you will become the owner of the goods. Once your parcel has left our building the parcel will become your property.
To enable you to return or to cancel your purchase you will need to adhere to the following procedure:
You may return any purchase within twenty working days of placing your order. After this period Blue Sky reserves the right to refuse acceptance of your return or to refund your account for the return. Should you wish to cancel your purchase prior to receiving the order, you must notify us as soon as possible using the contact us form or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Should the order not have been dispatched by us, then we will refund you as soon as possible. Should the order have already been processed by us and already be in transit to you, we will send you an email with an address to allow you to return the parcel to once you receive it. Do not open the parcel but re-label it with our address.
Returning the parcel is at your own cost and risk. Do not simply write Return to Sender, as the return freight cost needs to be covered by you.
Blue Sky will deem the parcel returned only once it has arrived back at our premises and all the above procedures have been adhered to.
Books returned damaged, used, marked, bent spine, soiled, or not in the condition in which it was supplied, will not result in a return credit refund on your account.
Liabilities on Books Delivery
Should your ordered books not arrive within 30 days of the order being placed you will need to inform us of this using the contact us. Blue Sky shall have no liability unless we are informed via the email email@example.com and within the time frame.
Blue Sky shall have no liability to you on goods not received, short supplied, received damaged, unless you have notified us of the problem in writing via the contact us form and within the stipulated time frames.
Blue Sky will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential loss or damage to your goods, Force Majeure, either in transit to you or in transit back to Blue Sky, or due to circumstances beyond Blue Sky’s control.
Should there be a problem and the above procedures have been followed, Blue Sky will make good any shortage, or non-delivery. Blue Sky reserves the right to use one or more of the following actions, in order to solve the problem:
Make an attempt to track the order with the postal service
Replace defective, damaged books at Blue Sky’s expense
Refund to you the original amount paid via the original method of payment
Customs and Value Added Tax (VAT)
Blue Sky is obligated, by laws governing member countries of the European Union, to charge a Value Added Tax (VAT) on books sold into countries within the European Union (EU).
The book on the Blue Sky site is free of VAT within Ireland the Republic of Ireland, in accordance with Ireland’s governing law concerning VAT on books at this time. Currently no local VAT rates are applied on the book sales due to the EU rules on VAT sales thresholds.
Customs may apply within your country of destination of books ordered. You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Blue Sky has no control or liability over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As the purchaser of book product from Blue Sky you are considered the importer of said book product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Training Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given for courses cancelled in excess of 5 working days before course start date.
Cancellations made 5 working days or less in advance will incur the full course fee.
No refund will be made to delegates who fail to attend classes or who do not complete the course.
Course Transfers/Change of Date
Companies and individuals may substitute participants prior to the start of the course without additional payment. Course transfer or change of date requires that notification by phone or e-mail is received by Blue Sky more than 5 working days prior to the course commencement date.
Disclaimer: Blue Sky reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation, fees will be refunded. Blue Sky also reserves the right to re-schedule the start dates of all courses and, if necessary, to vary the content. Except where expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the web-site, it may be subject to later alteration or amendment in the light of policy changes, course updates or other constraints.
Online Training Courses
You will have unlimited access to the course material. Once you have logged on to the course, refunds cannot be made.
You will be issued with a user name and password to facilitate your log in to the course material. Our subscription, and the user name and password, are personal to you and cannot be transferred to any other person without the prior written consent of Blue Sky. Should you give your user name and password to any other person and in the event that the course material is accessed by a third party to whom you have given your username and password, Blue Sky may terminate your subscription without obligation to refund any fees.
Liability and Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we provide the Site without any warranties or guarantees. In particular, we do not warrant that the Site or any of its contents are virus free. You must take your own precautions in this respect, as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything, which has destructive properties. Although we do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the Site, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay. The Site provides content from other sources and while we try to ensure that material included on the Site is correct, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. This disclaimer does not affect your organisation’s statutory rights.
To the full extent allowed by law, you agree that Blue Sky will not be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or relating to the Site. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Blue Sky liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
Use of Material on the Website
For the purposes of this agreement, “material” includes, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on the Site. You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the Site. You must not reproduce any part of the Site or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so.
Third Party Advertising on the Website
You may see advertising material submitted by third parties on the Site. Individual advertisers are solely responsible for the content of advertising material, which they submit to us, including ensuring that it complies with relevant legislation. We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy.
The Terms and Conditions shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and Blue Sky agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland. The place and performance of this agreement shall be Ireland.
